Where Sharjah's sport finds its leaders

A specialised platform supervised by the Sharjah Sports Council that builds a central database of qualified sporting and administrative leaders to help develop clubs and support the selection of leaders for administrative, executive, and governance roles.

It gives priority to former athletes, those with supervisory and executive experience, people working in the sports sector, and those with technical expertise relevant to its needs. It also welcomes government and private-sector leaders, academics, and specialists in management, governance, investment, law, marketing, HR, and sports volunteering.

Through two tracks: register yourself by building a profile of your expertise and qualifications, or nominate someone you believe is qualified. An initial nomination needs only the nominee's name, contact, reason, and suggested fields — our team then reaches out to complete their profile.

Your personal details, academic qualifications, professional certifications, professional and sporting experience, previous leadership roles, fields of expertise, target positions, availability (full- or part-time), and supporting documents.

It is stored in a searchable, classifiable database the Council relies on when forming club boards, filling executive and administrative posts, building committees, nominating the Emirate's representatives to federations, and engaging specialist expertise for future projects and initiatives.
